Attorney Meeting (Virtual)

Service Description

At GSL Litigation, we offer existing clients and recurrent prospective clients opportunities to connect with our attorneys. We offer prospective clients one initial legal consultation. All subsequent appointments shall be booked through this link. Existing clients shall request their appointments through the firm's intranet subject to the terms of their Engagement Agreement. However, should an existing client need an appointment that exceeds their standard allotment, they should book that appointment meeting through this link. This appointment is a non-refundable flat fee of $500 and includes up to 30minutes of document review and a 30minute virtual attorney meeting. If you wish to have us review any documents, please upload them as one PDF to the "Attorney Meeting Form". This is the only method through which we will review any documents in connection with this booking. We must receive your completed Attorney Meeting Form at least 24 hours before your meeting time. Finally, we will review your uploaded documents prior to the meeting, so please come to the meeting prepared to discuss your questions and the documents.

Cancellation Policy

(1) The Attorney Meeting will be held via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom details in your confirmation email. During the meeting, we will discuss your legal issues, your questions, and your uploaded documents. (2) Ensure that you've successfully submitted the Attorney Meeting Form at the time of booking. The form is attached to the booking platform (and you must agree that you completed the form prior to booking the appointment). We also include the Attorney Meeting Form in the confirmation email. It is imperative that you complete this form in its entirety at the time of booking. The Attorney will not be able to proceed with your appointment unless and until you complete this form and we've conducted the proper conflicts checks. If you submit this form at the time of booking, we will conduct the conflict check prior to the appointment. (3) Please be on the Zoom call 15 minutes prior to your meeting start time. Ensure that you are stationary, that you have a strong internet connection, and that your camera and microphone are on and operable. We are unable to extend the meeting time due to your technical difficulties. Please ensure that you are ready to proceed at the meeting time. (4) This appointment is nonrefundable, and we do not reschedule consultations. Therefore, if you miss your appointment, you will have forfeited your booking fee. In such an event, you may book another Attorney Meeting appointment. If you are late to the appointment, the Attorney will attempt to contact you as a reminder to join the Zoom link. The appointment will begin once you join the Zoom call. Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend the appointment time due to tardiness. However, should you need additional time, you may book another Attorney Meeting appointment. Finally, it is imperative that you complete the Attorney Meeting Form at the time of booking. We will not be able to discuss the specifics of your matter until you submit this form, and we conduct the proper conflicts checks. We therefore advise that you complete the consultation form at the time of booking, so that you do not have to waste time completing the form during the appointment nor waste time waiting for our team to conduct the conflicts check. (5) We cannot make any modifications, including reschedules, cancellations nor refunds, to the appointment once you confirm it—as we will begin work upon your submission and will have removed the time slot from reservation by other existing and prospective
