Service Description
First-time prospective clients may use this booking link to book their initial legal consultation. Please be sure to submit the consultation form prior to your booking. After you select your appointment date/time, you will see that the Consultation Form is linked to the booking page. Click the Consultation Form hyperlink, submit the form, and then return to the booking platform to submit the booking. You will receive a confirmation email once successfully booked. During the consultation appointment, we will discuss your legal matter, your goals, and a path forward.
Cancellation Policy
(1) The firm offers one initial low cost legal consultation. The consultation will be held via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom details in your confirmation email. (2) Ensure that you've successfully submitted the Consultation Form at the time of booking. The form is attached to the booking platform (and you must agree that you completed the form prior to booking the appointment). We also include the Consultation form in the confirmation email. It is imperative that you complete this form in its entirety at the time of booking. The Attorney will not be able to proceed with your appointment unless and until you complete this form and we've conducted the proper conflicts checks. If you submit this form at the time of booking, we will conduct the conflict check prior to the appointment. (3) Please be on the Zoom call 15 minutes prior to your meeting start time. Ensure that you are stationary, that you have a strong internet connection, and that your camera and microphone are on and operable. We are unable to extend the meeting time due to your technical difficulties. Please ensure that you are ready to proceed at the meeting time. (4) This appointment is nonrefundable, and we do not reschedule consultations. Therefore, if you miss your appointment, you will have forfeited your booking fee. In such an event, you may book an Attorney Meeting appointment at our standard rate. If you are late to the appointment, the Attorney will attempt to contact you as a reminder to join the Zoom link. The appointment will begin once you join the Zoom call. Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend the appointment time due to tardiness. However, should you need additional time, you may book an Attorney Meeting appointment at our standard rate. Finally, it is imperative that you complete the Consultation Form at the time of booking. We will not be able to discuss the specifics of your matter until you submit this form and we conduct the proper conflicts checks. We therefore advise that you complete the Consultation Form at the time of booking—so that you do not have to waste time completing the form during the appointment nor waste time waiting for our team to conduct the conflicts check.
