Initial Legal Consultation (Virtual)
The Firm offer an initial low-cost legal consultation to prospective clients.
Service Description
First-time prospective clients may use this booking link to book their initial legal consultation. Please be sure to submit the consultation form prior to your booking. After you select your appointment date/time, you will see that the Consultation Form is linked to the booking page. Click the Consultation Form hyperlink, submit the form, and then return to the booking platform to submit the booking. You will receive a confirmation email once successfully booked. During the consultation appointment, we will discuss your legal matter, your goals, and a path forward.
Cancellation Policy
(1) The firm offers one low-cost initial legal consultation for first-time prospective clients. The consultation will be conducted via Zoom, and the confirmation email will include the Zoom details. (2) You must successfully submit the Consultation Form at the time of booking. The form is attached to the booking platform, and you must confirm completion before reserving your appointment. We also include the form in your confirmation email. The form must be completed in full at booking. The Attorney cannot proceed with your consultation until the form is submitted and all conflicts checks have been completed. (3) Please log into the Zoom meeting at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. You must be stationary, have a reliable internet connection, and ensure that your camera and microphone are operational. We cannot extend the meeting due to technical issues, so please be prepared to begin promptly. (4) This appointment type is only for first-time prospective clients. If you have previously booked an initial consultation or are already a firm client, you must book an Attorney Meeting. This appointment is nonrefundable, and we do not reschedule consultations. Missing the appointment results in forfeiture of the booking fee, and you may book an Attorney Meeting at the standard rate. If you are late, the Attorney may attempt to contact you, but the meeting time cannot be extended. Additional time requires booking an Attorney Meeting at the standard rate. If you cannot attend the appointment, you must notify us at client@gslitigation.com at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 cancellation fee. If you have already created an Initial Legal Consultation, rebooking this appointment type instead of an Attorney Meeting will result in cancellation without refund and an additional $50 fee. (5) You must complete the Consultation Form at the time of booking. We cannot discuss the specifics of your matter until the form is submitted and conflicts checks are completed. Failure to complete the form at least 24 hours before your appointment will result in cancellation without refund.
